Look at the Our Environment link, and then Running Your Machine for getting started.
Quick start hints: register (top right menu) or login, Join Queue, Switch On (in Control tab), Wait for successful boot, click the Connect tab, and then click "JavaScript SSH: linuxzoo.net" (or type ssh username@linuxzoo.net at your command prompt). Use the username for that image (see the table below), rather than your email address.

FAQ for VNC: Some systems do not allow you to log in using "root" via the VNC, and so in that case choose a non-root user first using the table above.
