Quotas are now being implemented. This process will take a while to get right. Today I have started gathering quota information and collating it. Next step is to make use of it. Expect some error messages while the site is operating. However, this should not have any impact on your machines.
All servers now run a load balancing algorithm which responds much faster than the previous algorithm. This should improve overall response times.
