- Joining is about posting, so any account which has not posted a valid message within 7 days will be deleted
- If you post spam your account will be deleted, along with your message. Your domain may also be blocked.
- Users with web sites which are "under construction", or are numbered directories which are "not found", or are spam, or porn, or simply not a personal site, will be considered as a spam posting, and the account will be deleted.

Joining the forum
Im starting to get a lot of spammers joining the forums. I am deleting those people manually who I believe are spammers. To aid in this, please take into account the following rules:

Forum use
You should follow "normal" forum procedures when posting here.
Check to see if your query has been answered by an older post before posting.
If you still need help post a NEW topic. Include the question you are working on. Describe what you want help with in as short a way as possible.
Do not post on old topics unless you are trying to improve on the solution shown. So dont add questions to old topics. Check the date of the postings you are replying to. If it is years ago, then the poster is probably not going to answer!
Never post complete answers. Even partial answers may ruin things for people still trying a question, but partial answers may be needed to describe your problem so may be unavoidable.
